Grilled Chicken Wings

Fresh chicken wings OR chicken strips

  1.  Deep fry OR Bake wings till 75% - 80% done.
  2.  Dip / swish in Boston’s Wing Sauce
  3.  Place on grill for 2 – 3 minutes to darken & absorb smoky flavor

Can also be used on BBQ Ribs
Can also be used on “Buffalo” Chicken Sandwiches
